What products do you need to survive “The 4th Trimester”?

Postpartum care is so crucial in your recovery, both emotionally and physically. But where do you even begin? What items are a must-have and what items aren’t necessary?

We asked our community what items they recommended most during their postpartum season, and here is what they said!

1.  Frida Mom Postpartum Kit

This item is especially nice for its long cooling pad liners and curved peri bottle. Your hospital most likely will provide you with their version of some of these items, but Frida Mom does an amazing job to focus on better supporting the mama’s needs.
